Look around for other stuff to do

Put out fires

Start fires

Be self-starting

Well, taking my advice is good, I suppose. If it helps, I promise I'll have something more specific for you to do within a couple-three updates.

In the meantime, if you are attempting to create those vaccuums through weather control, I'm going to allow it just to give you something to do while I get my act together (bad GM, bad), but I'll need an Arcana roll from you in the meantime. If you meant through some other method, outline it and I'll see what you have to do.

I feel a need to point out that Lunar didn't in any way DECLINE the offer that was given to him... He's just a bit too confuzzled to say yes or no... Hoping not have his actions be taken as a negative response and more an opening for more details or something...

Since my arcana score is......sub par....Iggy is flying around in a circles more or less creating mini cyclones to snuff out the fires if that makes sense.

Hey don't feel too bad Deonte... It happens to everyone.

I probably wouldn't have been able to update the past few days anyway.

For those concerned about the bumpy road we're on - understandable - know that I still see the ending, both of the game in general and how we'll be escaping this particular plotline/what to do about our obviously missing members. I think soon (not now, but soon) we're going to have to start advertising for replacements.

In fact, just as a general warning, when we're done with this "session" we're going to be switching over to the new system, if there are no reasonable complaints otherwise. It seems like a good time to do so - let us just say things are about to shift a little (no more wiping people out of existence, though, I promise), and according to markers we should be done sometime in late June or early July if things pick up a little now, which is when the new system is coming out.

As long as details that are lacking in the new system such as the 5/day points thingie get's houseroled in and stuff like that. I'm fine with a turnover.

Ok... Been looking over my options in the turnover. Gotta ask what points will the following skills be? (hopefully they're both just one or two points cause if so I can work with that)

Thunderbird (costs 1 racial point = 2ish ability points, think it should cost one ability point if the resist power is removed from this, which is what i do plan to do, because the resist powers and do things with elements powers are split in the abilities system.)
Legends say that the hippogriff is a creature of thunder and lightning and can channel the strength of the crashing storm. Hippogriffs are immune to any naturally occurring electricity (though magical lightning bolts and similar can still harm them in combat). A hippogriff also begins the day with five charges of lightning. A hippogriff may expend one of its charges of lightning in order to give itself or a creature it can see a +1 bonus to its next skill check.

Magical Attunement (costs 1 racial point meaning it'd cost either 1 or 2 ability points... Either one I'll be fine with and work with in the rebuild. But this choice does help if I'll be keeping this power and/or Thunderbird.)
Your race can use perception to detect magic, though this does not let them decipher exactly what the magic does - that requires arcane knowledge.

So both Iggy and I have been talking and neither of us wants him to get zapped...so anything to help with that department would be great

Hey, the zapping is likely to only happen post-conflex... Unless whatever reaction Aproc gives the fire-torrado godhood threat goes across to the griffons makes it seem like an opening to zap yea... If your lucky we might have enough stuff go down to make Lunar forget he thoughts of the zappy-zap.

Ah, thought I responded to you guys earlier; sorry. Right now unless I've missed some new posts we're waiting on Dusky's response to all this. Xel, take the lower costs to both - even if I shouldn't we're going on easy mode this campaign so

I posted Wandering Eye's reaction, he's going to do his task, leaving the Zebras to Nihl.

Lunar's Abilities update, posting here on it's own doc to see if you'll approve of it Aproc... You might notice that Call Out is removed, that is because I only took it because I needed it for Animal Magnetism in the old system... The new system I don't need that to get it. Lightning resistance was remove in order to keep Engle Eye for the moment... I'll take the resistance back at level up were I'll be taking Seer refunding me 3 points to spend on resist and nightwatch. But if you wish for me to keep the resist right now... I'll do so and take Engle Eye and Nightwatch at level up. Also I'm unsure if you'll allow my desire to take Specialist, Overactiver, & Best of Breed... To basically keep my Perception at 20... With the added bonus of upgrading Brawn and Sense upto 12 at the cost of downgrading Precision & Knowledge to 3... Totally worth it in my opinion... Also do note that Cutie Marks are free in the new system if you wonder why that isn't on the list. (hippogriff race flavor kept because I like it and didn't feel like removing that)

He posted before Scorch asked if stopping the meteor would affect Equestria. I was kinda hoping he would make a perception check on Nihl's statement, as I'd be surprised if it was in Scorch's range...

@Xel: Thank you for your initiative, but I'll be waiting to look over everyone's sheets until I can do so with the fullness of the entire new rulebook in front of me, not just half of it or an incomplete version of it. Even if everything you have is technically just fine, I'd rather look over it all and your combat talents at the same time and get it out of the way all at once.

I thought as much. That's why said "update" is on it's own sheet and not my character sheet. Just wanted to have you take a look over it... Cause I'm kinda editing my guy's stats in this changeover thingie. (improving the ones I like at the cost of lower the ones I don't care that much about.) And most of the time that feels like a major no-no in this system. From what I understand we're only changing the non-combat side of things form Utility Talents & Racials to Abilities system... We do have an updated Destinies Doc and everything to use with the system. I don't fully understand what's the hold up with the change... Cause if you are waiting on what, the FULL NEW SYSTEM CALLED WONDERLUST! That was advertised to come out "soon" on valve time? Cause who knows how such a changeover is even able to be done with that.
