A section of the wall opens up, revealing a box. A sign on the wall inside the box reads: 'Elevator - One way only - Downwards'. Scrawled beneath the sign in scratch-marks you can barely make out some other words: 'Elevator? More like De-elevator!'

Blitz considered that maybe taunting their "overseer" was not particularly wise. On the other hand, the voice over the intercom seemed to not fully care if they lived or died anyway, and he needed the party alive so they could be properly killed in one of his "tests." So, Blitz was willing to take what little jabs he could.

"Regardless of the value, or lack thereof, of the sign's comedy, it appears once again we only have one way to go." Hussar didn't like that the sign claimed this to be a one-way journey- there could be no backing up. He looked around the room they were in one more time before joining Blitzkrieg in the box- seeing if there were any other exits, and whether the experimenter had closed off the metal door that had let them into the room or not.

Once everyone gets in the elevator of an-only-downward-direction, the door shuts and it proceeds to do just that. After half a minute it comes to a halt and the door open.
On the other side of the door is a room with pervasive low-light and a warm humidity to the air almost like the walls all around you are breathing upon you. The walls look to be cave-like in appearance, and you see moss growing all over various rocks around you. A rancid smell lingers in the air.

"Why can't we just face monsters made of easily-shattered glass, or one that's defeated through intelligent discourse?" Blitz carefully examined the walls and ceiling in case whatever threat they were to face was hiding and ready to leap out at them.

Proto wasn't sure it was in fact an enemy, but given what it know of the Overseer... It most likely was another foe to fight.

The mushroom recoils from the attack, then two smaller mushrooms pop out of it. The giant mushroom shoots out a wave of spores at PACU and then the smaller mushrooms burrow their spores into PACU's circuits.
Next up: Proto, Hussar, Maretoko.
- Technicallities:
Freaky Fungus summoned 2 smaller mushrooms (Trait Utility)
Freaky Fungus used Spore Shot on PACU: effect: PACU is Dazed (save ends) (Standard Utility)
2 Smaller mushrooms used Spores In Your Pores on PACU: Effect: 5 damage for each. (Standard Attack X 2)

Proto fires off a overcharged bolt, given that inbetween fights the Auto-Ballsita can't stop charing said bolt of power. Pitty this bolt didn't go off in an epic eplosion of overpowerness like the first time it fired off such a bolt was.
